In 2017 I entered one of my landscape images into the Epson International Pano Awards and was fortunate enough to receive a Bronze Award.
Any landscape photographer, amateur or professional, knows how hard it can be to judge whether your images are truly working. For a long time I relied on social media for feedback, with some success and some disappointment. Having a respected international judging panel recognise this image was genuinely rewarding, and it gave me the confidence that I was on the right track.
The Epson International Pano Awards is one of the largest panoramic photography competitions in the world, drawing thousands of entries from professional and amateur photographers across the globe, so to place in it early in my journey meant a great deal.
