At Stephen Milner Photography, we strive to deliver your New Zealand landscape photography artwork and books in a timely and secure manner. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping process, costs, delivery times, and more.
1. Processing Time
All of our artwork is made to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with care. Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing and production of your order. Books and smaller items typically have a 2-4 business day processing time.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Costs
Artwork: We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all artwork orders.
Books and Other Products: Shipping costs for books and smaller items vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping offers may apply during promotional periods.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered. Below are typical delivery timeframes:
- Australia and New Zealand: 3-8 business days
- USA & Canada: 2-9 business days
- UK & Europe: 2-6 business days
- Asia: 3-9 business days
- Rest of the World: 3-12 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues.
4. International Shipping and Customs
We offer international shipping to most countries. However, international customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs and are determined by local customs authorities.
It is the customer’s responsibility to proactively monitor their tracking number and liaise with customs authorities and the final mile carrier as required. If customs clearance or additional information is needed for delivery, the customer must respond promptly to ensure timely receipt of their order.
Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the progress of the shipment and promptly contact the shipping carrier if there are any issues.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking details to ensure there are no issues with customs or delivery. If further assistance is required, contact us at stephen@stephen-milner.com with your order number. We will investigate the delay with our shipping partners and provide an update or arrange for a replacement if necessary.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is undeliverable, we will assist in reshipping the package, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
8. Split Shipments
For logistical reasons, some orders may arrive in separate packages. You will be notified if your order will be split into multiple shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders must be sent to a physical address.
10. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors, local post office, or building management to confirm its location. If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at stephen@stephen-milner.com for further assistance.
