At Stephen Milner Photography, we take pride in providing you with exceptional New Zealand landscape photography that brings beauty and inspiration into your space. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Our prints and photography books are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully review the product descriptions, dimensions, and details before placing your order to ensure it meets your needs.
Misprints, Damage, or Defects
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Simply follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at stephen@stephen-milner.com.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos of the defect or damage.
- We will review your request within 1-2 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Replacements and Refunds
- Replacements: If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched within 5-7 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
- Refunds: If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days once the claim is approved.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at stephen@stephen-milner.com. Unfortunately, once the production of your artwork or book has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order seems lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package or offer a replacement.
Important Information
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized artwork cannot be refunded unless there is a defect or damage.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are for the product cost only unless the issue is related to damage or defects.
