The aluminium frame is carefully rolled and packed in a sturdy tube to prevent damage during shipping. The artwork is carefully packed into bag and seperate box. Additionally, we use high-quality packing materials to protect your artwork and ensure that it arrives in pristine condition.

Stephen wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your artwork for any reason, please contact him within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Policy:
Stephen accepts returns for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.

1. Unpack your artwork and ensure that all the components are included. All the tools for assembly are provided in the box.
2. Lay the frame on a flat surface and connect the pieces together according to the instructions provided.
3. Insert the FABRICA™ fabric into the groove of the frame and ensure it is smooth and taut.
4. Starting at the corners, insert the silicone bead of the FABRICA™ fabric into the groove of each frame corner using your fingers.
5. Work your way around the frame, gently stretching and inserting the fabric into the groove.
6. Install any hanging hardware according to the instructions provided.
7. Install two screws or large picture frame hangers into the wall. Take note of the hanging hardware width on the frame. Ensure they are level.

Stephen is passionate about your artwork looking as beautiful as the day you received it. Here are some guidelines to follow for proper care and handling:

• Carefully dust the artwork using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using any cleaning solutions or liquids.
• If your artwork becomes wrinkled, use a handheld steamer on low heat to remove wrinkles. Do not iron or use a high-heat steamer.
• Avoid touching the surface of the artwork with sharp or abrasive objects as it can damage the FABRICA™ fabric.
• If your artwork becomes damaged or stained, contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Please note that exposure to direct sunlight and high humidity can affect the longevity of your artwork. We recommend displaying your artwork in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, avoid hanging the artwork in areas prone to high moisture levels, such as bathrooms or kitchens.

Finally, be mindful of any potential hazards or accidents that could occur around your artwork. Keep it away from open flames, liquids, and sharp objects to prevent any accidental damage.
