Kuirau Park sits in the middle of Rotorua, in the Bay of Plenty — a free public park set on live geothermal ground, where steam drifts from boiling pools and mud. Bare branches stand among the rising vapour.
Stephen Milner photographed the scene in medium format in black and white, lifeless branches stark against the steam of a tranquil hot pool.
Printed to order at a specialist fine art lab, in two archival finishes:
-
Under Acrylic Glass. The print is face mounted behind matte acrylic glass for deep blacks, a glare free surface and a true gallery finish. Framed in a Basel or Slimline frame.
-
On Alu-Dibond. The print is bonded to a lightweight aluminium panel and sealed with a matte protective film for a clean, contemporary look. Framed in a Basel or ArtBox frame.
Available in three sizes from 80cm to 120cm square. Custom sizes on request.
Part of Stephen Milner's New Zealand fine art landscape collection.
