Mount Taranaki rises in an almost perfect volcanic cone above the Pouākai Range, on the west coast of the North Island. From the Pouākai Tarns — small alpine pools on the range — the snow-capped peak reflects in still water above the tussock.
Stephen Milner photographed the mountain in medium format in black and white, windswept tussock in the foreground and the cone catching the last light.
Printed to order at a specialist fine art lab, in two archival finishes:
-
Under Acrylic Glass. The print is face mounted behind matte acrylic glass for deep blacks, a glare free surface and a true gallery finish. Framed in a Basel or Slimline frame.
-
On Alu-Dibond. The print is bonded to a lightweight aluminium panel and sealed with a matte protective film for a clean, contemporary look. Framed in a Basel or ArtBox frame.
Available in three sizes from 80cm to 120cm square. Custom sizes on request.
