Mount Taranaki rises in an almost perfect volcanic cone above the Pouākai Range, on the west coast of the North Island. From the Pouākai Tarns — small alpine pools high on the range — the snow-capped peak mirrors in the still water.
Stephen Milner photographed the mountain in medium format in black and white, its symmetrical cone reflected in the mirror-calm tarn.
Printed to order at a specialist fine art lab, in two archival finishes:
-
Under Acrylic Glass. The print is face mounted behind matte acrylic glass for deep blacks, a glare free surface and a true gallery finish. Framed in a Basel or Slimline frame.
-
On Alu-Dibond. The print is bonded to a lightweight aluminium panel and sealed with a matte protective film for a clean, contemporary look. Framed in a Basel or ArtBox frame.
Available in three sizes from 80cm to 120cm square. Custom sizes on request.
