A New Zealand landscape photographer wins award 2018 D-PHOTO MAGAZINE LANDSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION WINNER New Zealand landscape photographer Stephen Milner achieves third place in the 2018 D-Photo Magazine competition. Thank you to the New Zealand based photography magazine D-Photo for selecting my image for third place in their landscape category out of 13,329 submitted across the competition. I was humbled to attend a gallery showing for the winning photos and to accept the prize from the sponsor Profoto. It was great to see great to see my image published in D-Photo's Aug-Sep 2018 issue of their magazine.

A New Zealand Landscape Photographer Award 2019 The Seasonal Beauty of New Zealand’s National Park The artwork by New Zealand landscape photographer Stephen Milner is commended in Australia's Top Emerging Photographers Landscape Award 2019. Over the last year, I have been visiting Tongariro National Park regularly to photograph it in all the seasons. I decided to enter a selection of my images from these trips in Capture Magazine’s Australasia's Top Emerging Photography Competition. Whilst I didn’t win or even come in the Top 20, my images were commended in the Landscape category, which was a nice surprise. Thank you to Capture Magazine for commending my images.

A New Zealand landscape photographer story New Zealand landscape photographer Stephen Milner in nominated for a landscape photography award. In 2019 I entered a selection of my images from the past year into the Fine Art Photography Awards Competition in three separate series’. Unfortunately, I didn’t win however I was fortunate enough for all be entries to be nominated. As my good friend Richard Massey says if you want to catch the big one your line has to be in the water. EPSON PANO AWARDS 2017 BRONZE AWARD In 2017, I entered this image into the Epson Pano Awards and I was lucky enough to achieve a bronze award. If you are a landscape photographer, either amateur or professional, then you will know how difficult it can be to gauge if you are creating successful images.
